Bitter Bunny is a character I have been using for a number of years now. What started as a doodle on a napkin has since taken on a life of his own. He is a regular character in my comic strips, occasionally serving as a surrogate for myself. His simple design lends itself well to animation. I enjoy the contrast of such a simply drawn character against the detail and complexity of a photographic background. I have plans for a number of animated shorts involving Bitter Bunny swimming around in my head, and rest assured they will make their debut here.

ReplyDeleteI propose a CA24 Blog O' Arts animation party!! We should just put all of our characters in one space and animate them interacting with each other.
ReplyDeleteI would like that idea but it seems like it would be very difficult to pull off. Someone would have to direct it and time it.
